In an effort to meet the expectations of our customers regarding the products they choose from Famousports.com we offer the possibility of returning all products for exchange or full refund within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products based on writing receipt, provided that they fulfill the following conditions.

To return a non-defective product and exchange with another one the expenses are covered by the Famoussports.com. Note that returning of a non-defective product can be done only once (at the expense of Famoussports.com).
The return of non-defective product takes place after the communication with Famousports.com by sending e-mail to email@example.com to informt you how to return the product.
The return of non-defective product and refund to the customer as well as the original shipping costs charged to the customer and deducted from the amount to be refunded.
For the return of non wrong, non damaged or otherwise non-defective product for a refund, the customer assumes the shipping cost of return.
The customer is always responsible for the shipping of the product back to our offices, due to the fact that the Famoussports.com as a receiver in not able to search your package to any mailing / shipping.
Famoussports.com accepts the responsibility of shipping incorrect or defective product which should be reported and returned within 10 working days from the day of delivery of the products based on the documents received by sending e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org . The replacement is done at no cost to the recipient or a full refund if not agreed to any replace.
• The application for refund and exchange cannot exceed 10 working days from the delivery date based on the documents received and made by sending e-mail to email@example.com
• All returns and exchanges must be received in the original condition that you received the product, without signs of wear
• The product must have all labels and accompanying tags of the manufacturer that it has when bought, as well as the packaging (i.e. shoebox) that accompanies it.
We will refund all the money in the same form of payment initially used.
We recommend that you use registered post to send your goods back to us, especially if the value of the product is great. We cannot accept the responsibility of returned products that are lost during the return.
