Marketing and customer support officer

To bring together the elements of our omnichannel experience through coordination of social media activities and direct communication with our physical stores and customers

Main Accountabilities

Create social media and press release content

Monitor promotional campaigns and materials

Maintain and create influencer marketing collaborations (Instagram - TikTok)

Create brief and calendar for digital marketing activities for all channels (social media, email campaigns, local media, Viber)

Website administration (updating of banners, images, categories, products)

Customer Support through social media/ email/ telephone


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Strong interpersonal skills

Planning and organizing skills

An understanding of digital marketing channels

A University degree

A knowledge of Photoshop, illustrator or Premiere will be considered an advantage
