Job Title: Sales Associate  

Position overview: 

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic team, delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling a diverse range of sporting apparel, accessories, and equipment. Locations include Nicosia, Limassol, Pafos, and Larnaca. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service by assisting customers in finding the right sports gear and accessories based on their needs and preferences. 

• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about the latest trends, technologies, and features of various sporting goods within the industry, enabling you to offer informed recommendations to customers. 

• Sales Generation: Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet sales targets by demonstrating product features and benefits, upselling, and cross-selling merchandise. 

• Inventory Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by restocking merchandise, monitoring shipment arrivals, and ensuring the latest product displays. 

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals, assist in training potential new hires, and contribute positively to the overall store atmosphere. 

The Ideal Candidate:  

• Prior retail experience is preferred (but not required), with an emphasis regarding passion for sports or related products. 

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach  

• Excellent communicator with exceptional soft skills and a proactive attitude.
